Working in the food industry for 5 years now

So I have been working in crappy kitchens for 5 years now. Never really creating food the way I want to and have been dreaming since I was a kid. Occasionally I get to make stuff in the restaurants that fill that need to be creative but never fully quenches my thirst. Like this prime rib French onion soup I made at the steak house I work at.
